Trainer Romero Davis has more than 25 years of experience in the social sector and currently provides specialized training and consultation to national and local partners on community and organizational transformation, juvenile justice, strategic visioning, social determinants of health, and culturally responsive approaches to supporting families. His work also extends into the anti-trafficking field, where he supports cross-sector efforts to prevent exploitation and strengthen responses for vulnerable youth and families.
A highly sought-after consultant, trainer, and speaker, Romero leverages both professional expertise and lived experience to collaborate with educators, law enforcement, national leaders, and family- and justice-serving agencies across the United States. Throughout his career, Romero has coordinated services for both victims of family violence and those who have caused harm, working closely with all community stakeholders. Romero is also the founder of a transformative youth and adult leadership program focused on skill-building, accountability, and long-term success for individuals impacted by the justice and child welfare systems.
