Employment
Do you want to make a positive difference for local children in foster care? If so, come join a team of dedicated professionals who want to make sure that every child in Central Oregon has a safe place to call home.
CASA of Central Oregon is the only organization in Central Oregon providing Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers to work one-on-one with a child in foster care so that their basic needs are met and the judge presiding over the case has the best information possible to make a placement decision for the child’s future. We do this crucial work by recruiting, training, and supporting CASA volunteers who, once trained and sworn in as an officer of the court, advocate for the best interests of children in foster care in all court proceedings and throughout the larger communities in Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson counties.
If these roles are not right for you, there are many other ways you can contribute to our mission. Consider volunteering, attending a CASA event, or making a donation. Every act, big or small, helps us provide a powerful voice for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. Thank you for your interest.
CASA of Central Oregon is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to workforce diversity. Equal employment opportunity includes, but is not limited to, employment, training, promotion, demotion, transfer, leaves of absence, and termination. All applications will be considered only on the basis of the applicant’s knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. It is our established policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, citizenship status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
