Pinwheels for Prevention
Pinwheels for Prevention is a campaign to commemorate National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Blue pinwheels are the national symbol for child abuse and neglect prevention and serve as an uplifting reminder of childhood and the bright futures that all children deserve.
CASA’s Pinwheels for Prevention campaign symbolizes our commitment to protecting the children of Central Oregon. By sponsoring a pinwheel for just $50, you are helping to protect our community's most vulnerable children and youth. Proceeds further our mission to recruit, train, and support local CASA volunteers to advocate for the best interests of children and youth in foster care.
The Pinwheels for Prevention campaign provides a unique opportunity for all of us - businesses, individuals, and organizations alike - to take action by learning more about child abuse prevention, supporting child friendly policies and services, and volunteering within the community.
Sponsored Pinwheels will be displayed in CASA’s Pinwheel Garden outside the main CASA office for the month of April.

WHY PINWHEELS?
Pinwheels are bright, fun, and spin in the wind - just like the joyful, carefree childhood every child should have. They remind us that all children deserve to grow up feeling safe, happy, and supported.
By learning, sharing, and advocating, you can help create a stronger, safer community for children in Central Oregon and beyond.
